Campus Honors

IUPUI schools and programs fared well in the most recent collegiate rankings offered by U.S. News and World Report magazine.

The IU Kelley School of Business's evening program at IUPUI was ranked 10th nationally overall and fourth among public business schools in the last U.S. News rankings.

The IU School of Law-Indianapolis' legal writing program ranked fifth nationally. The IU School of Medicine did well, too, as its primary care program ranked 17th in that category.

The IU School of Education at IUPUI ranked 19th overall and 11th among public universities, with five specialty programs in the top 10 of their respective fields.

The nonprofit management program in the IU School of Public and Environmental Affairs at IUPUI was ranked third in the country, a ranked matched by SPEA's criminal justice policy management program.


More Honors:

The IU School of Dentistry at IUPUI earned the 2010 Orna Shanley Prize for Enhancing Access to Care (full story), an honor for the school's program that pairs dental students with HIV/AIDS patients through Marion County in an effort to demystify the disease in the minds of caregivers such as oral health specialists.

IUPUI's commitment to volunteering, service learning and civic engagement has earned the campus a spot on the 2009 President's Higher Education Community Service Honor Roll for a third time (full story).
